Im here with another review for a mask~ it’s a pretty unique mask! This is the MediHeal meshpeel Pink Calamine mask. With no further ado, let’s get on with the review! So this mask is a clay mask in the shape of a sheet mask. It’s so convenient! Every time I try to put on a clay or mud pack it always gets everywhere and it’s so hard to wash off. However, this one is so much easier! Its also separated into the bottom and top part so it’s so easy to fit to your face. It’s supposedly really good for people with oily and acne prone skin. You put on the sheet mask and wait for it to completely dry before peeling it off. As it peels off, it also peels off the dead skin and tightens your pores. It says that it’s recommended that you use cream on your eyebrows but judging from experience, it doesn’t (and shouldn’t) be too harsh that it plucks out your eyebrows.
I currently have the mask on as I’m writing this review and I’m kinda worried... I’ll edit the review after I peel it off. What I did though, was after the part on the eyebrows is completely dry, I slipped my finger into the eye hole of the mask and ran it under the mask so it keeps it lifted and not actually touching my skin. UPDATE: IT DID NOT PLUCK OUT ANY OF MY EYEBROWS OR MY HAIRS. It also seems to have somewhat of a cooling effect (or is it because it was kept in the fridge...) and it feels really nice! The only downside... it takes quite long to completely dry. It took me a total of... 45 minutes for it to fully dry! My overall score: 4/5. Yes I love how it felt on my skin but I got a little impatient as I waited for it to fully dry. If you’d like to try, you can get it at Zen Aesthetic for $6 each or on Amazon or Korea Depart! There are many different masks in the meshpeel Line and I’m definitely willing to try the rest! Below is what it looks like after it’s peeled. It’s so cool that it comes out all in one piece!
