Today, I found time to finally do my nails in Korea!
I went to a nail shop called NailDiva near Konkuk University.
There are 3 branches of NailDiva just around the area and I went to the second branch, the Grace branch.
NailDiva is a total beaty shop that does manicure, pedicure, eyelash extension, and waxing.
Apparently the owner of the shop goes to Japan 2 times a year to learn and bring new styles and products.
Even though I've been going to this nail shop for a while, I thought I would do a short review/feedback about the place since it definitely is one of my favorites.
I especially liked the fact that they don't reuse nail files between people.
Every nail file is a one-time use and if you need it you can take it home.
All reusable tools (cuticle pusher, drill tips, & etc.) are sterilized using ultrasound and UV sterilizer.
The prices are generally a bit pricey compared to the other nail shops.
Every month, they update their "Art of the Month" designs and if you choose from those designs, you can get 20% off from the price (30% off if you have a membership).
The "Arts of the Month" for this month was as follows: (prices have been covered)
The art I chose was #2.
The entire nail care took about 2 hours in total (nail & cuticle care, nail wrapping for a broken nail, and nail art).
Here are the finished art:
I like how the two hands aren't completely same.
It's also my first time trying the glass-nails and I really like it!
The thin black line between the clean and grey are black nail tapes and the words are stickers.
If you ever get a chance to come to Korea or if you're in Korea and need a good nail shop to go to, try the place out!
And let me know what you thought of the shop~
